Deborah Adams is known to her yoga friends as Zenha -- a nickname, not a spiritual name, employed to distinguish her from the dozen or so other Deborahs associated with Lotus in Bloom Yoga Center.
She first discovered yoga in the 1970s when she read Yoga, Youth and Reincarnation by Jess Stern. In 2011 she completed 250 hours of integral yoga training under the guidance of Dr. Lauture Massac (Yogi Darshan Muni), the first Western student of Swami Kripalvananda.
She is also a certified Silver Age Yoga instructor, and a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor. Her teaching focus is on traditional hatha yoga, with emphasis on alignment and breath, always encompassing the Eight Limbs.
